Choose from our wide menu selection including sandwich, pastries & hot delicacies, buffets and finger food to hot food, luxury cold buffets, three-course menus and a tempting array of delicious canapés. From ready-to-go packages for nights in at home to sumptuous gala dinners for large-scale conferences, we have the cuisine to make your occasion special.
Our chefs design menus with flair. We never take the easy option of, for example, rustling up set-piece international fare. And when it comes to our regional specialities, we avoid typical interpretations of 'Mediterranean'.
We offer also themed menus, including Indian, Asian-Fusion, Sushi, ‘live cooking’, Mexican, Maltese, Italian and Mediterranean fusion. We also provide menus adapted to suit special dietary requirements.
Our chefs at work
Our chefs are at the top of their field, and importantly, they discuss your menus in detail with you. While planning ahead is ideal, we know that last minute changes happen. Our chefs are happy to accommodate changes, even up to a day or so ahead, whenever possible.
At Island Caterers, our chefs are our greatest critics and never see your event catering as routine. Creative and tasty are our guiding principles.
